2.1. Files uploaded by Users to AnonTransfer have a 30-day expiration date. After this period, the files are deleted from our servers and cannot be accessed in any way.
2.2. It is your responsibility to download and store the files before their expiration date. AnonTransfer is not responsible for the loss of files due to expiration.
3.1. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
3.2. You understand and acknowledge that, despite implemented security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data on the Site.

16.1.1. The Encrypted Chat Service provided by AnonTransfer allows Users to engage in secure and encrypted communications through the anontransfer.com/chat platform.
16.1.2. By using the Encrypted Chat Service, you acknowledge and agree that all chat conversations, messages, and data exchanged within the Service will be encrypted to enhance privacy and security.
16.1.3. AnonTransfer makes reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the encrypted communications. However, you understand and acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, AnonTransfer cannot warrant the absolute security of the encrypted chat conversations.
16.1.4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your chat session login credentials and any encryption keys provided by AnonTransfer. Any actions taken using your login credentials will be deemed as your own actions.
16.1.5. AnonTransfer retains no record of the content exchanged through the Encrypted Chat Service, and it is your responsibility to securely store and maintain any important information discussed within the chats.
16.1.6. You agree not to use the Encrypted Chat Service for any unlawful, harmful, offensive, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to transmitting any content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates applicable laws and regulations.
16.1.7. AnonTransfer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Encrypted Chat Service, including but not limited to data breaches, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access to chat conversations.
16.1.8. In the event of any technical issues or interruptions with the Encrypted Chat Service, AnonTransfer will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly. However, AnonTransfer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
16.1.9. You understand and agree that the Encrypted Chat Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.
16.1.10. AnonTransfer reserves the right to monitor the use of the Encrypted Chat Service for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, and to take appropriate actions in case of any violations.
16.1.11. By using the Encrypted Chat Service, you acknowledge that the content of your chat conversations may be subject to disclosure if required by law or to comply with legal processes.

16.1.13. The Encrypted Chat Service is intended for personal and legitimate purposes only. Any commercial use, resale, or unauthorized exploitation of the Service is strictly prohibited.
16.1.14. AnonTransfer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Encrypted Chat Service if it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any misuse of the Service.
16.1.15. In the event of any conflicts between this specific Encrypted Chat Service clause and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, this clause shall prevail solely with respect to the Encrypted Chat Service.
16.2.1. AnonTransfer's Online SMS Reception service allows Users to use temporary phone numbers for SMS verification and receive text messages online.
16.2.2. You acknowledge that the provided phone numbers are temporary and may be used by multiple Users. AnonTransfer does not guarantee the reception of all messages and is not responsible for undelivered or delayed messages.
16.2.3. It is prohibited to use the Online SMS Reception service for illegal activities, including but not limited to account verification for fraudulent services or engaging in activities that violate local, state, or international laws.
16.2.4. AnonTransfer reserves the right to change the available phone numbers at any time without prior notice.
16.3.1. AnonTransfer's Disposable Email service allows Users to generate temporary email addresses for secure and private communication.
16.3.2. The generated email addresses are temporary and have a limited lifespan. AnonTransfer is not responsible for the loss of messages once the email addresses expire.
16.3.3. You agree not to use the Disposable Email service to send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or for illegal activities.
16.4.1. AnonTransfer's Crypto Explorer allows Users to check the balance of cryptocurrency addresses, view information about transactions, and blocks.
16.4.2. You acknowledge that the information provided by the Crypto Explorer is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
16.4.3. AnonTransfer does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and is not responsible for any decisions made based on such information.
16.5.1. AnonTransfer's Internet Speed Test service allows Users to measure their Internet connection speed easily and reliably.
16.5.2. The results provided by the Internet Speed Test service are approximate and may vary due to various technical factors. AnonTransfer is not responsible for the accuracy of the results.
16.6.1. AnonTransfer's Self-Destruct Notes service allows Users to send notes that self-destruct after being read.
16.6.2. You are responsible for the security of the notes sent. AnonTransfer does not retain copies of the notes and cannot retrieve information once the notes self-destruct.
16.6.3. It is prohibited to use the Self-Destruct Notes service to send illegal, offensive, or content that violates the rights of third parties.
